Food was delicious I got the shrimp tacos and queso birria taco. Staff was really nice and had no problem answering all my questions since it was my first time. The place itself is a bit small but not a deal breaker I will definitely come back.

We had a great dinner! We tried quesabirria tacos and they are fantastic, we are looking forward to returning soon. Torta al pastor was awesome! (Nothing left on the plate) We recommend the owner to add a much spicier red sauce . But overall we rate 5 star this place, and believe me my wife and I are really picky about food. They earned our trust to come back soon.

I seriously love this place. I’m only sad that I only recently discovered it in my hometown. First of all, the food is phenomenal. Everyone (whether you like meat, veggies, spicy, mild, whatever) is happy here, it’s the perfect place to bring your family or group that has a variety of food preferences. As a vegan, I LOVE that the choices they have! And every single ingredient is SO GOOD! The cauliflower and Brussels sprouts are the best I’ve ever had. And I love that they have both super spicy salsas (I use that one sparingly!) and medium and mild ones too. Lastly, the owners are such great people. I know that good food is what matters most for a restaurant, but when the owners truly care about you and the community and the job they do, it’s just icing on the cake. I love this place.

After going to the movies in Monrovia with my family, we were hungry and wanted a fast and tasty lunch. We stumbled upon Tacos & Papas, a Mexican restaurant. Unsure of what to order, we decided on my favorite: chicken and asada tacos, rice, and beans. My husband chose the chicken tostada plate. We also got some horchata and lemonade to go with our meal. We were lucky to find a table before the seating filled up. The service was friendly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The tacos were good, and I especially liked the Mexican-style rice. It's a good place for a quick Mexican meal.

A great spot to grab some tacos after a game of Warhammer. The pickled onions were surprisingly delicious, while the asada tacos were flavorful. I suggest grabbing a cactus cooler and some of their green salsa to top of the tacos and rice.

I've been living in the area for a year now, and this place has been on my list. As a foodie, the main things I look for are Flavor, and consistency! This place serves both, with excellent customer service. The food is ALWAYS fresh, I'm slowly but surely going through the menu and everything has been 10/10. I'm super excited to try the rest, highly recommend this place! Also try the variety of salsas at the counter, each of them is insanely delicious and packs a nice kick to whatever you choose. If you're a vegetarian, the potato Tacos hit the spot! They also have a nice beer selection for those that want to be at the heat and just enjoy a brew while waiting for the delicious food.

I've started coming here for taco Tuesday and they're now my favorite taco Tuesday on Myrtle! The agua frescas are made fresh daily and different flavors every time, but all of them are amazing! The tacos are great quality and value. The man at the register (possibly the owner?) is super friendly and gives samples of the agua frescas. Highly recommend!
